Account access

NTMDS accounts are provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share, redistribute, resell, or publicly post course materials, recordings, or downloadable assets. Community channels are for professional networking; harassment or spam will result in removal.

Intellectual property

All course materials, videos, and downloadable resources remain the property of NTMDS and its licensors. Your access grants a personal, non-transferable license.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by your enrollment agreement. Platform activity — logins, watch percentage, and downloads — may be reviewed to evaluate refund requests.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment.
